Meet the author
Samantha and her son live in Calgary, AB, Canada. Samantha has a bachelor’s degree in Community Rehabilitation (Disability Studies) from the University of Calgary and has focused on creating inclusive school and community spaces for children with autism in both Canada and the UK.
Meet the illustrator
Shakeyra and her son live in Calgary, AB, Canada. Shakeyra is currently the Marketing & Community Engagement Specialist at Spectrum Advantage, providing support for autistic professionals to secure meaningful employment. She is also a youth ambassador leading her own organization, Sent Ministries.
